Working closely with our industry partners, we use our tested systems and processes to build the strongest possible candidate pool. From here, we pre-screen, interview and assess each candidate, in addition to our WHS inductions, LLN assessments and industry specific evaluations to best understand each candidate’s suitability for a role to thereafter guarantee the most optimal fit for a specific role.
We encourage our hosts to be involved in this process and attend second round interviews to help build that relationship between candidate and client from an early stage, promoting a strong cultural and interpersonal fit.
