Australia’s leading CRO and E-commerce experimentation agency is seeking a sales professional to lead all new business development as they continue to expand across APAC and the US. 

The Role:

  • Create and implement strategies to drive new business development across APAC and North America 
  • Developing a partner strategy and driving revenue growth from our partner network
  • Developing a deep working knowledge of CRO & Experimentation and how our products help scale Ecommerce and Saas brands, always translating into your presentations
  • Being a spokesperson for the agency, attending conferences and other industry events
  • Eventually coach and mentor an account manager with the view to build-out a team that direct-reports to you
  • Ensuring successful onboarding of all new clients – overseeing initial overarching strategy, collaboration process, client interactions and performance are off to a healthy start
  • Developing strong relationships with Senior level client stakeholders, with the aim of retention and growing the portfolio
  • Serving as a point of escalation for all clients within your portfolio – understanding when to step-in with a client, coach the team to mitigate issues
  • Identify upsell opportunities across all agency offerings and execute on those opportunities to grow revenue on existing clients

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Business Development Manager, Strategist or Account Executive driving new business targets
  • Agency experience is a must
  • Proven track record of achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets & KPI’s
  • Great storyteller who can formulate strong narratives about our capabilities and historical achievements and translate them into pitch presentations and agency marketing needs
  • Team player, great at relationship-building, able to troubleshoot timing constraints and communicate across teams with clarity and diplomacy
  • Strong understanding of the CRO/Experimentation project lifecycle, including strategy, Analysis/Research, Design/UX, Development, Testing and project management processes
  • Understanding of experimentation technologies & tools (like Optimizely, Google Optimize, AB Tasty, etc)
  • A forward-facing view of where the market is going and ambitions to develop our offering to match the changing digital landscape
  • Growth focused, highly ambitious and go-getter with drive, determination and resilience

  • Rewarding compensation: 90 – 120k base + Super + uncapped comms (150 – 180k OTE)
