Allied Health Professionals | Graduates – Expressions of Interest

Collar Group’s Allied Health Team are currently accepting Expressions of Interest from all Allied Health Professionals (Experienced and Graduates) for a range of settings; Hospitals, Clinic, Community and mixed. Adult or Pediatrics, We have a role to suit each candidate.

Who you are-

• Be flexible to work across all ages and stages of life. For example, we have a high number of participants under the age of 7 years old
• Available at key routine moments of the day. For example, participants often seek support to assist with afternoon routines (3:30-6:30pm)
• Be open to travel to regional / surrounding areas
• Demonstrated ability to follow instruction and respect scope of practice boundaries
• Consistently maintain clear focus on the goals and outcomes of our participants, yet have the ability to be flexible regarding the tasks required of you. Your actions will reflect professionalism and company protocol at all times
• You are self-motivated, reliable and can work autonomously
• Excellent Communication Skills – verbal and written
• Working rights in Australia
  

What you need to get started–

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications in related field
• Discipline-specific professional registration (e.g. AHPRA/SPA)
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption)
• Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas)
• Driver’s license & access to a reliable vehicle
• Car insurance
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance
• First Aid (optional)
