Primary responsibilities include:

  • Ability to engage with new & existing clients with enthusiasm and passion.
  • Processing new business, renewals, endorsements and cancellations
  • Respond to enquiries and requests for action from Account Manager.
  • Responding to client and underwriter requests and enquiries.
  • Negotiating terms with underwriters.
  • Generating quotations
  • Providing high levels of service to our clients
  • Processing of our broking system – Insight
  • Some debtor management will be required

  
To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Experience within insurance broking.
  • Tier 1 General Insurance Broking qualification – essential
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Ability to work individually and excel.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communication that allows you to quickly and clearly create documentation and correspondence that supports the business needs of the team 
  • Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office, broking systems, and business insurance systems 
  • Energetic, confident and organised, capable of managing multiple responsibilities autonomously
