The Position

A great opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager for an established commercial agency in Sydney. This opportunity is perfect for a Residential Property Manager wanting to step up or someone who is driven by success and wants to be an integral part of a company with continuous growth. You will be joining a very longstanding and established team of Commercial Property Managers who have wealth of knowledge to share. 

As an Assistant Commercial Property Manager, your role will consist of a variety of administration tasks whilst assisting a Senior Commercial Property Manager with a portfolio of 200 properties. You will need to provide excellent customer service to clients and continually build your industry knowledge and relationships. 

  • Nurture existing client relationships
  • Provide admin support to the Senior Commercial Property Manager
  • Maintain and manage all necessary compliance requirements
  • Attend industry and networking events to build relationships within the community
  • Database management 
  • Assisting with maintenance
  • Arrears reporting
  • Insurance reporting
  • Essential services 
  • Assisting with market reviews
  • Lease option and expiry Reporting
  • Conducting inspections as required and preparing inspection reports
  • Fielding phone calls and general administration e.g. preparing letters, emails and reports
  • Assisting with Budgeting, Reconciliations and Estimate of outgoing reports

The Person

  • Previous Property Management experience required
  • A current NSW Real Estate License and current drivers licence
  • Highly driven with structured work ethic and hunger to achieve
  • Excellent customer service with great communication and people skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanour
  • The ability to work unsupervised and to deadlines
  • Professional telephone manner
