$70-75k plus super, tips and staff discount!
Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Your duties will include: hands on service, staff management of a team of 8, rostering, stock control and ordering, staff training and maintaining a healthy working culture.
For success in this role you will have extensive knowledge of running large venues, spirits, cocktails & wine. You will be outgoing, enjoy creating a fun service focused culture. In return you will be rewarded with career progression across the whole hospitality group.
