We have partnered with one of Australia’s fastest growing catering companies to recruit an enthusiastic Assistant Manager/Functions Coordinator for a Prestigious Private school a short drive south of Adelaide to oversee the day-to-day. Reporting to the Catering Manager, this position is a hands-on management role requiring you to organize functions and assist with the running of this large multi-functional catering operation.
You would help manage and lead a large team which delivers meals across multiple locations within the school campus with special emphasis on the many and varied functions that are held.
This position will be diverse and challenging. Overseeing the daily food operation for 140+ boarding students, canteens for junior & senior school day students, ELC a cafe and also small & large functions.
Roster: Roster: Full Time hours – Five days a week over seven during term time & function work when required.
Show me the money: $58,000 on a pro rata basis. The hours will vary, but generally be 40 weeks per year, five days over seven with opportunities to pick up additional hours over the holidays running functions and camps.
