We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced nursing staff (AINs, EENs & RNs) to join our team.

As a Nurse with Collar Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of residents in your care.

You will work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support to elderly individuals in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the healthcare needs of residents and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and services.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and complete resident records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid nursing license and current registration.
  • Previous experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining high standards of care and ethics.
