About Collar Group & Our culture.
Collar Group has been established in the Australian market for nearly two years, in that time we have grown two 6 + offices and have over 70 + consultants nationally.

Due to growth we are now seeking an associate director or divisional manager to help launch our IT & Software division. 
We offer strong management support, automated CRM systems, strong finance and payroll team and 24 hour recruitment support with our Perth team running 8 on 6 off rosters, this way your clients get 24/7 support. 

This role would be ideal for someone who is currently in a senior consultant or managers role looking to take a step up – we offer bonuses paid on all GP – No inflated thresholds on personal and team comms. 

Day-to-day duties but not limited to.

• Interviewing candidates
• Database management
• Reverse marketing
• Sales and marketing
• Business development
• Client visits
• Compliance and taking candidates’ information

  
Selection Criteria.

• Two years of recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of white-collar and permanent recruitment
• Two recent references
• Strong time management
