Associate Investment Lending Manager

Key points and requirements for the role:

• Be part of an industry-leading training program designed to turn young, motivated and passionate financial professionals into accredited mortgage brokers over a 6–12-month period
• Realise a rare and career-defining opportunity to be mentored by one of Australia’s most decorated, successful and respected mortgage brokers, with weekly 1-to-1 training and the chance to sit in on and contribute to over 200 investment lending meetings with leading industry brokers
• Starting salary of $90-100K + Super + 10% on upfront commissions with opportunity to become a self-employed accredited broker, with strong potential for 60/40 commission split upon completion of training program
• 1-2 years’ experience as an associate lender for one of the Big 4 banks is desirable; however, there are several career pathways in the financial services/wider corporate world which could produce ideal candidates for this role
• An entrepreneurial, highly motivated, sales-driven and commercial mindset are critical to succeeding in this role
• Receive support from and collaborate with a dedicated and experienced team of lead generation experts who will process the volume of lending which will enable the successful candidate to spend more time processing applications and liaising with clients
