Collar Group’s Medical team currently requires a experienced registered nurse who are looking to take the next step up to a Associate Nurse Unit Manager role of a beautiful rehabilition Hospital in Melbourne, Victoria. The Hospital specialties include orthopaedics, stroke, cardiac, restorative, respiratory, pain management.
We seeking professional Nurse with a drive and commitment to high standards of care for patients who are friendly and have an enduring personality.

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Minimum 4 years experience working in the acute/hospital environment
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children Check
- Covid vaccination + Booster
- Current Flu vaccination
- Australian Working Rights

- The position is responsible for providing clinical leadership to the ward to compliment the strategic direction, operational processes and quality management of all patients.
- You will provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of nursing care that is evidence based.
- With the assistance and direction of the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial and material resources.
