Bar Manager – Premium Restaurant & Bar

One of Australia’s finest hotel groups is looking for an experienced bar manager to elevate its offerings and continue to deliver its renowned 5-star customer service across its multiple bars.
Located in Sydney CBD, this 200-room heritage-listed building is unique in its design and appearance that creates an infectious energy as soon as you walk through its doors.
Working closely with the F&B Director and celebrated executive head chef, you will be responsible for executing an exceptional beverage offering across its 3 bars and 2 award-winning restaurants.

About you

• Proven experience at senior management level
• Continuous development at reputable venues, ideally within a 5-star/hatted environment
• Ability to work as part of a large team of hospitality professionals while being able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent knowledge across all beverage offerings
• Passionate about delivering incredible customer service
• Effective leader, proactive in all aspects of your work
• Well presented, confident and highly motivated to deliver results
• Creative with the ability to coach and develop a team
• Ability to deliver results with a clear understanding of the department’s P&L
• Compliant and thorough understanding of licensing and legislation
