Boilermaker – Western Sydney

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

We are looking for boilermakers who are experienced and can work across various projects in the Western Sydney area. Ideally you would have:

• Full Australian working rights with no restriction
• Australia Trade Certificate Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade Boilermaking/Welding
• 2 years of experience as a boilermaker
• White card
• WAH, forklift, overhead gantry, and dogging tickets are advantageous.
• Ability to pass a weld test 
• Own car/license as site is not accessible by public transport
• Switched on and can adapt to changing conditions 

KEY DUTIES:

• General boilermaking duties.
• Read, interpret, and work from fabrication/engineering drawings.
• General housekeeping.
• A demonstrated safety-first work ethic and professional attitude.
• Undertaking steel fabrication and repairs to high standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing work requirements.
• Ability to read plans and produce detailed quality work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to both contribute and learn from others; and
• The ability to build clear and open communication with clients, management, supervisors, leading hands, and team members.
