THE ROLE
Stable Monday to Friday position, working from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Your main duties would include (but are not limited to);

  • Keeping track of payments and expenditures, including payroll, expenses, purchase orders, and invoices;
  • Onboarding new employees, processing, adjustments, employee enquiries, employee entitlement management;
  • Verifying employee expense reports;
  • Preparing payments into banking systems;
  • Responding to all vendor or customer enquiries of a financial nature;
  • Continuous improvement of financial processes.

  
THE CANDIDATE
To be successful for this role you will have;

  • MUST HAVE full Australian working rights;
  • MUST BE located in NSW;
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in bookkeeping AND payroll;
  • Experience in processing end-to-end payroll;
  • MUST HAVE experience working with Xero, collections & invoices;
  • Driven and keen to grow within the company into more senior roles;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Strong work ethic and customer service skills;
  • Positive ‘can do’ approach, friendly, and passionate about helping others.
