About the company and culture. 

Our client is a tier two building services contractor who specialize in the construction, service and maintenance of HVAC systems. 
They specialize in central plant, commercial fit out & major works projects whilst offering end to end service solutions for central plant, commercial high rise, healthcare and government organizations.

Due to growth they are now seeking another business development manager to assist growth across minor works and service contracts. 

 
Day to Day duties but not limited to. 

  • Business development 
  • Meeting with clients and contractors 
  • Building sales cycles – Service and minor works 
  • Pricing service contracts 
  • Building long term relationships 
  • WFH – when pricing and doing admin work 
  • Full support for senior management and construction team 

Selection Criteria. 

  • Mechanical qualification
  • Two years relevant experience
  • Two recent references
  • Strong time management 
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills
