About the Client

Based in surrounds with high end clientele and incredible offices, my client is a well-respected and reputable company servicing the bayside surrounds. They are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to leverage existing relationships and create new opportunities for growth and development.

Key responsibilities 

  • Create new business opportunities utilizing the extensive database and your network
  • Build a positive market reputation through regular client meetings and networking events.
  • Identify and stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
  • Maintain the CRM with new leads and updated client information.
  • Provide expert advice and market insights to internal and external stakeholders.

About You

You are an experienced Business Development Manager with a natural aptitude for building strong and long-lasting client relationships. You are driven by success and determined to exceed sales targets while contributing to overall company growth. 
You will have –

  • Demonstrated success in a BDM role within real estate
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • A strategic and client-focused mindset
  • Strong lead generation and sales closing skills
  • The ability to be self-sufficient and manage your own time effectively
  • A keen interest in current market trends
  • Current Agents Rep & Driver License
