About the role
  
Working within the leadership team you will lead, motivate & develop your clinical team ensuring that a high level of person-centred clinical care is provided to residents within this large aged care facility in the Narrandera area of NSW.  
  
Utilising your excellent communication & leadership skills, you will provide overall clinical guidance & advice to residents surrounding their clinical care, undertaking resident case conferences & assessments ensuring care & lifestyle needs are met & maintained.
  
Having previous experience with the training & development of clinical team members, you will be a collaborative leader with the ability to recognise areas for improvements/educational opportunities for your team. Whilst not shying away from leading from the front and supporting with clinical care when required.

Summary of duties
  

  • Provide clinical care & advice to residents
  • Review, update & accurate completion of relevant documentation
  • Review & completion of funding process
  • Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
  • Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

  
  
  
About you
  

  • AHPRA RN registration with experience working within a leadership role
  • Experience with staff education, development and motivation
  • Experience with completion of AN-ACC funding processes
  • Quality improvement & accreditation knowledge & experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
