The Role:
We are seeking Catering Assistants at our aged care residence in Menangle. At this facility, you will have the luxury of working in a country town – only 30 minutes away from the beaches!
Providing exceptional customer service; you’ll be essential in making sure our elderly residents have the best possible experience.

Roster: Various days and hours across 7 days a week.
Rate: $22.77 + allowances + applicable penalties
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service – serving our residents meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods – with a good attitude
- Assisting the broader team as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working in kitchen, preparing food and/or customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
- Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
Please Note:
As a result of revised standards around health & well-being in the aged care industry, all applicants must have a current year flu vaccination and be able to provide proof of the COVID vaccination. Candidates will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
