The Role:
Aged Care facilities located in and around Sydney, NSW are looking for Catering Assistants. Reliable individuals with hospitality experience, passionate about delivering exceptional service to all residents on site.
Show me the money:
Monday-Friday $22.77/hour
Saturday $28.46/hour
Sunday $34.15/hour
What This Role Involves:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Customer service – serving our residents meals and snacks
- Re-stocking as required, and after meal periods
- Dishwashing and cleaning kitchen & dining areas
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety practices
- Fast, effective service throughout busy periods
- Assisting the broader team as required
What We Require From You:
- Previous experience assisting in kitchen operations, food preparation and/or customer service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in aged care (preferred but not essential)
- National Police Clearance – within 12 months
- Proof of Covid-19 certificate (3 doses required)
- Up to date Flu Vaccinations
