Collar Group has secured ongoing contracts with leading Western Australian Mining companies to source talented Chefs who are wanting to take their career to that next level.

What’s the job?

We are currently on the hunt for passionate Chefs to work at a variety of remote sites across WA. You’ll be at the forefront of the day-to-day preparations of menu planning, and you’ll be the key to providing high-quality and nutritious food to all employees and visitors.

This is an exciting and rewarding field of work with real benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to work in all aspects of food preparation from Breakfasts, Crib, Dinner, and Site Events.
A chance to show off your passion and flair for the culinary skills that you have learnt over the years.
  
You will need:

• Ability to fly as soon as the medical is completed
• Site inductions are highly advantageous (Rio Tinto, FMG and BHP)
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug Screen
• Breakfast and Pastry experience (desirable)
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery
• Current Police Check – within 6 months
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• First Aid (desirable)
• Covid-19 Food Hygiene Certificate
