x2 chefs are required for a vibrant facility at Cabramurra

This is a great role for anyone seeking to further a hospitality career.
 
What Chef/Cook Role Involves:

  • Preparation of meals and snacks, offering variety and healthy options
  • Adherence to dietary requirements 
  • Maintain a clean kitchen, equipment and utensils
  • Maintaining legislated food hygiene and general safety practices
  • Fast, effective service provided with a smile
  • Working independently with limited supervision
  • Assisting the broader team as required

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Previous experience working in kitchens
  • Resourcefulness, resilience and enthusiasm
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
  • Qualifications like Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) are advantageous but not necessary
