The Role:
We are looking for a friendly and passionate Chef to help us provide excellent service at our Croydon education site!
Providing food to students; this role is ideal for any chef who takes pride in creating delicious foods while creating a welcoming dining experience.
Roster: Various days and hours – both morning and afternoon shifts available
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and presenting food for our students
- Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
- Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in kitchens and food preparation
- Previous experience in school catering (desirable)
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- RSA
- Drivers license
Please Note:
As a result of revised standards around health & well-being in the aged care industry, all applicants must have a current year flu vaccination and be able to provide proof of the COVID vaccination. Candidates will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
