The Role:
Seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Chef Manager to work across our 3 aged care residences in Wanneroo & Kingsley.
Our traditional facilities provide genuine care for elderly residents and we are dedicated to ensuring that their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. 

Roster: Mon – Fri (9:00am – 5:30pm)

What This Role Involves:

  • Dual responsibilities in food preparation / presentation and site management
  • Overall cost management with a focus on food and labour costs
  • Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking 
  • Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
  • Demonstrable team management, development & leadership
  • Assisting the broader team as required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Certificate III (or similar) in Commercial Cookery
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate 
  • Experience with managing labour, food & operational costs 
  • Previous experience in operating kitchens and/or site management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pride in personal appearance & hygiene

Please Note:
As a result of revised standards around health & well-being in the aged care industry, all applicants must have a current year flu vaccination and be able to provide proof of the COVID vaccination. Candidates will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
