Collar Group are currently seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks for multiple casual shifts at various locations around the Gold Coast Area.
Positions are available in the below facilities:
- Aged Care Facilities
- Retirement Villages
- Education Centre’s
- Hospitals
What the Chef role involves:
- Assisting with menu planning and dietary requirements
- Ensuring a safe working environment
- Bulk style cooking experience
- Experience in Aged Care or Health Care
- Assist with putting away deliveries and general kitchen set-up and close down
- Ability to produce high quality meals in line with HACCP guidelines and quality assurance
- Ability to work alone or in a team depending on the size of the facility
You will need:
- A National Police Clearance
- Cert III – Commercial Cookery for Chefs
- Blue Card – Valid within the last 3 years
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must have reliable transport to get to and from sites
- Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
