Chefs – FIFO & DIDO

Collar Group has secured ongoing contracts with leading Mining and Hospitality companies to source talented Chefs who are wanting to take their career to that next level.

What’s the Job?

You’ll be required to work across Breakfast, Dinner and Crib shifts being the forefront of the day-to-day operations within the kitchen on site. 

With many various sites around South Australia, there are plenty of opportunities for you to be a apart of a dynamic team delivering high quality meals. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day preparations of menu planning, and you’ll be the key to providing high-quality and nutritious food to all employees, customers, and visitors.

For thousands working in remote areas, a hot meal is an essential comfort. Collar Group finds the right site you want to work at. If it’s smaller camps cooking for 30, or larger camps that you enjoy working on, we can help you find that match!  

How do you get this role and what does Collar need from you? 
  

• Ability to fly as soon as the medical is completed
• Site inductions are highly advantageous 
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug Screen
• Previous FIFO chef experience 
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery
• Current Police Check – within 6 months
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• First Aid
