Collar Group is seeking a highly skilled Client-side Project Manager for a client based in Mackay. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple civil construction projects of varying sizes in the roads and transport infrastructure sector.
The ideal candidate will have experience in AS2124 or AS4000 contract variants and possess exceptional project management skills.
As a Client-side Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project feasibility, definition, planning, design, delivery, and operations phases. You will work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients, including Local and State Government, Government-Owned and Private Corporations, to deliver successful outcomes.
This is a Mackay based role. Candidates must be already based in the Mackay region or be willing to relocate.
About the role:
- Manage multiple civil construction projects of varying sizes in the roads and transport infrastructure sector.
- Oversee project feasibility, definition, planning, design, delivery, and operations phases.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse range of clients, including Local and State Government, Government-Owned and Private Corporations, to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Oversee project contracts, ensuring compliance with AS2124 or AS4000 contract variants.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong experience in project management, preferably in civil construction projects.
- Experience in AS2124 or AS4000 contract variants.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
