Client Side Project Manager – Healthcare Advisory

The Company;
  
Collar Group is working with a leading National provider of advisory and project management services with a proven track record of delivering successful projects across the healthcare, tertiary education, research, leisure, and government sectors.
  
  
The role;
  
Working closely with the leadership team you will be responsible for managing the front-end stages, including, Business Case preparation, feasibility studies, and planning.
  
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the building industry and the Health infrastructure sectors.

The requirements;

• Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline.
• Around 5 – 10 years of Consultancy Client Side Project Management experience.
• A proven background creating and presenting Business cases for large-scale social infrastructure projects, preferably within Health – Hospital redevelopment projects.
• Strong stakeholder coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and project collaboration tools.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative, professional environment.
• Ability to work flexibly and contribute to interstate projects as required.
