Client-side – Project Manager

Collar Group is looking for experienced Client-side Project Managers to work with our various clients in the retail, education, and healthcare industries. As a Client-side Project Manager, you will work closely with our clients to deliver projects that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

About the role:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with our clients
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to our clients regularly
• Identify potential risks and issues and develop and implement strategies to mitigate them
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Facilitate project meetings and lead project teams to achieve project goals
• Prepare and deliver project status reports to our clients and Collar Group leadership

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Management, or Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in client side project management in the retail, education, or healthcare industries
• Experience working directly with clients and managing client expectations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead project teams to achieve project goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
