About the Role:
This position involves providing comprehensive healthcare support, conducting assessments, and addressing workplace culture issues within your organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for promoting the well-being of our workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments of workers’ health and well-being, identifying and addressing any health concerns or issues.
  • Provide healthcare support and guidance to workers, promoting a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Assess the competence and performance of nurses through interviews, observations, and competency evaluations.
  • Develop and deliver training workshops and educational programs on workplace culture, behaviour blending, and teamwork for both new and existing staff.
  • Collaborate with management and human resources to identify and address workplace culture issues and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and support to staff, encouraging professional development and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about current best practices and industry trends in nursing, workplace health, and culture improvement.
  • Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Certification in IV Training and Assessment (Cert IV in Training and Assessment).
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a clinical or Aged Care setting.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to identify and address health concerns effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace culture and behaviour blending strategies.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Flexibility to travel to various worksites as required.

  • Possesses strong diagnostic skills

  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Shows empathy and compassion towards workers’ well-being.
  • Can effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

3. Workplace Culture and Behaviour Blending:

  • Understands the importance of workplace culture in fostering a positive work environment.
  • Can identify workplace culture issues and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Skilled in training and mentoring staff on behaviour blending and teamwork.

4. Training and Education:

  • Capable of designing and delivering training workshops and educational programs.
  • Demonstrates effective teaching and presentation skills.
  • Can assess the learning needs of staff and develop appropriate training materials.

5. Record-Keeping and Documentation:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and recommendations.
  • Adheres to privacy and confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive information.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail in documenting assessments and interventions.

6. Adaptability and Flexibility:

  • Shows willingness to travel to various worksites as required.
  • Can adapt to changing work environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrates flexibility
