A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Analyst based in Sydney. Our client would consider a background in Property Economics, Valuation or Property Development for the right candidate.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, you will focus on maintaining the
back end of our client database and ensuring a streamlined property administration process from signing up new clients through to liaising with both agents and clients on settlements. You will also be required to support Associates in conducting preliminary research on potential opportunities for client mandates along with adhoc tasks to further your property investment and development learning.

This is a varied role which demands initiative, enthusiasm and organisation,
designed for an individual with a passion for the industry and a drive to develop
their abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client reporting and spreadsheets
  • Supporting Associates in drawing high-level development controls for
  • opportunities and comparable sales analysis as required
  • Reviewing all types of commercial properties and conducting all necessary
  • research and due diligence 
  • Drafting new client Agency Agreements for Managing Director and
  • Associates
  • Attend commercial auctions as required
  • Conduct preliminary, pre-settlement and post-settlement property
  • inspections
  • Work with the client’s nominated consultants that have been engaged for the acquisition process to ensure that every element of the purchase has been reviewed

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Commercial Real Estate industry
  • Tertiary qualification in Property Economics, Valuation or Business is preferable
  • Must hold a Certificate of Registration and/or Certificate IV qualification in Real Estate
  • Competent in conducting a feasibility analysis
  • Highly organised, punctual, and well presented
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive with the ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Google suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs)
  • Must hold a current Australian Drivers License
