Our client is a reputable Commercial Real Estate Agency located in Southbank seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail assets in the City Fringe.
  
The company invest, develop and manage retail and commercial property throughout the Inner CBD suburbs of Melbourne and employ a hands-on approach across investments, site acquisition, leasing, design, approvals, construction and asset management.

  
With support of a Trust Accountant for invoicing, the role will focus on the management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords and tenants to a high standard.
  
Duties include:

  • Developing sustainable relationships with both tenants and owners
  • Be able to negotiate and secure leases and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations and refurbishments
  • Conduct rent reviews
  • Financial reporting
  • General management administration.
  • Attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team
  • Have your own registered and reliable motor vehicle
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel 

About You:

  • Minimum three (3) years experience as a commercial property manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proactive and solutions-focused
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of trust accounting processes, and Cirrus8 software, would be highly regarded
