We are pleased to be partnering with the northern Victorian Resource Manager appointed by the Minister for Water; who is responsible for making the seasonal determination for all northern Victorian declared water systems.

The Role

We are looking for new team members to join our field crews of construction operators which are supported by our experienced and highly skilled Site Supervisors. The position is permanent full-time offering a rewarding remuneration package including regular overtime. Given our vast range of services, there is plenty of variety with the roles and responsibility which include (but not limited to):

  • General labouring including site preparation and onsite support
  • Operating state-of-the-art Plant & Equipment in pipeline renewal (cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut & seal and flow management)
  • Associate civils of alteration with rehabilitation

Skills & requirements

  • Civil construction experience
  • Water or wastewater infrastructure, maintenance, and facilities
  • A strong focus on safety and basic mechanical knowledge
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • OHS Construction Induction Card (White card)
  • The ability to work in a team, where everyone is used to pulling their weight
  • HR or MR licence, Confined Space Entry and Working at Heights licences are desirable but not essential.

To make sure that you’re fully fit to join our team you will also need to pass our pre-employment medical which includes a drug & alcohol test. Please be aware that these roles will require you to enter confined spaces, successful candidates will be provided with certified confined spaces training if required.
