We are searching for enthusiastic hospitality staff to join us across the Southwest Coast of Victoria, working within a number of our Aged Care facilities.
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and presenting food for our residents
- Stock ordering, rotation and stocktaking
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
- Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in kitchens and food preparation
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (Chef positions)
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantage)
- Previous experience in aged care or catering (advantage)
Please Note:
As a result of revised standards around health & well-being in the aged care industry, all applicants must have a current year flu vaccination and be able to provide proof of the COVID vaccination. Candidates will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
