Experienced Sales Agent / Associate | Real Estate

We are searching for a an Experienced Sales Associate / Agent to work with a high performing team. You would be joining an agency of the most respected and recognised talents within their area, with a highly ambitious & motivating culture.

This fast-paced role will see you involved in all facets of the listing and selling process. With a loyal based clientele, this is a position that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Direct support to a high ranked agent in the area
• Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors
• Database prospecting 
• Handling all potential buyer enquiries
• Email, appointment and diary management
• Buyer callbacks following open homes
• Setting up & collecting signboards
• Attending weekly sales meetings & training
• General administration duties  

To be successful you will have:

• Experience within Real Estate Sales
• Must have a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration & driver’s license
• MUST be highly motivated, with a can-do attitude, proactive nature and positive outlook on everyday!
• Exceptional customer service skills and a service to customers that is second to none
• Immaculately presented
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Possess a strong work ethic
