Our client is one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit Aged Care providers delivering high-quality residential aged care in a supportive, community-centred environment. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated clinician to lead the delivery of clinical care within this under 300-bed facility in the Umina Beach area, NSW

  • Base salary of $130,000
  • Supported by a full team of Clinical Care Coordinator, AN-ACC Manager, Clinical Governance Manager, Nurse Practitioner, Executive Care Manager and Hospitality Manager

What do you need to have?

  • Current AHPRA Registration 
  • COVID Vaccination (including booster)
  • Flu Vaccine (as some facilities require it)
  • Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain these
  • Reliable access to means of transportation 
  • Clinical Team Leadership experience preferably within Aged Care

What will you be doing?

  • Planning, control and directing the provision of a range of high quality personal, clinical care and support services that encourage and enable residents to maintain their autonomy and independence
  • Managing the budgetary requirements of the facility
  • Managing the smooth running of the facility on a day-to-day basis
  • Leading the team and managing staff performance, recruitment and selection and building a positive culture within the team
  • Ensuring all SCC policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards.
