FIFO Chef

We are currently on the hunt for passionate Chefs to work at a variety of remote sites across WA.

Collar Group finds the right site  for you. If it’s smaller camps cooking for 30 residents, or larger camps that you enjoy working on, we can help you find that match! We stick by you throughout the whole process. 

This is an exciting and rewarding field of work with real benefits. You’ll have the opportunity to work in all aspects of food preparation from Breakfasts, Crib, Dinner, and Site Events. A chance to show off your passion and flair for the culinary skills that you have learnt over the years.

What you will need:

• 3+ months of onsite FIFO experience 
• Cert 3 in Cookery – Australian recognised or equivalent
• Proven Bulk catering experience (highly desirable)
• Be able to work, days, nights & split shifts
• National Police clearance within 6 months or willing to obtain
• Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
