This is a role for a French Bistro Brasserie where the menu is being designed by a very high profile chef.
This intimate 60 seat, white table cloth restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner with an extensive wine list.
A hands on role leading a team who are well established and working well.
The hours are likely to be 11am – 8pm or 12pm – 9pm with 2 days off midweek.
Duties will include; team management, rostering, hands on table service with customers when needed and taking the initiative with general management to ensure the smooth running of the restaurant.
The successful candidate in this role will have experience previously managing a high end restaurant (French would be ideal), strong wine knowledge and team management experience.
You will be offered a salary of $80k plus super and career opportunity within the broader business.
