The role
 
You will enjoy an office close to home, working from your choice of Mandurah, Joondalup or our central Burswood office with a highly driven successful Professional services team, reporting to the Associate Director. You will have the support of our General Manager – Government to build and grow on the existing accounts and to take this division to the next level.
 
On a day-to-day basis, you will be participating in talent identification, qualification and client liaison. You will have the autonomy to work closely with Government clients, with support behind you when you need it.
 
You will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process some of these tasks will include;

  • Sourcing, Screening / Interviewing candidates
  • Coordinating compliance, and pre-employment probity checks
  • Candidate support
  • Client contact, and business growth activities

What are the requirements?
To be successful in this role you will need the following;
 

  • Previous experience managing a government recruitment desk.
  • A can-do attitude with drive to succeed.
  • Strong understanding of your chosen industry
  • A proactive nature.
  • Proven client Management / Business Development skills.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
