We are currently seeking a HR Administrator for an Engineering company locate in Kewdale 

  • Temporary 3 month position
  • Located in Kewdale
  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8.00am – 4.30pm
  • ASAP start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new employees
  • Screening suitable resumes
  • Assisting with arranging inductions
  • Participation in carrying out interviews
  • Obtaining employee references
  • Dealing with HR invoices
  • Any other general Administration duties asked to be carried out by General Management

Requirements for the role: 

  • Experience working in a Similar role
  • Experience working in the Engineering industry is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational skills
  • Must have good written and verbal skills
  • Ability to be flexible in fast paced work environment
