About the role:
Our Executive Office Team is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator for a 6-week contract.
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner You’ll be responsible managing the Human Resource processes of the hospital and providing ad hoc administrative support.
This role would suit someone with experience within a busy and fast-paced HR team & someone with a can-do attitude for any challenge that can come about.

As a Human Resources Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • HRIS data changes
  • Managing the HR inbox and actioning administration duties as required
  • Assisting with HR documentation and ensuring all is true, accurate & up to date
  • Assisting other departments with HR enquiries
  • Management of the Executive Office desk & calls for relevant HR matters
  • General administration duties – taking messages, answering inbound calls & emails, printing ect.
  • Complete other HR & clerical tasks as requested by the executive team

  Selection Criteria Essential:

  • Proven experience in general HR administration role, preferably within a Human Resources function.
  • HRIS experience is essential
  • WorkDay system knowledge & experience ideal but not a necessity
  • Generalist Human Resources knowledge
  • Working knowledge of Australian Visa subclasses and Work Rights requirements
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to interact positively with a wide variety of stakeholders with the confidentiality, professionalism and discretion

  Desirable Criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management
