HR Advisor

We are currently searching for an experienced HR Advisor for a temporary 8 week position to work for our client who are a Facilities Management company located in Balcatta.

• Temp 8 week position
• 38 hours per week
• Located in Balcatta
• Perth based role with Site travel required throughout the duration of the role
• $60 – $70 per hour (Dependent on experience)

 
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Provide day to day generalist HR advice/support to all employees
• Provide support, coaching and guidance to Managers involving issues of performance
• Creation of HR documents
• Support Management through HR activities
• Develop and facilitate internal workshops/seminars 
• Collect and accurately record HR data
• Assist in the development and negotiation of industrial instruments/agreements
• Assisting with HR contributions to tender submissions
• Manage the companies mobilisations, demobilisations and redundancies as applicable

 
Skills and Experience required:
 

• Minimum of 2 years working in a HR Generalist role
• Good knowledge of HR practices and legislations
• Good Stakeholder relationship skills
• Experience within the mining, energy and resources sectors is desirable
• Experience managing Unions is desirable
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
