Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to take over their own small portfolio!

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Junior Property Manager to bring their enthusiasm, energy and passion to this role. We require someone who is ready to take the next step in their career and to further establish their place in residential Property Management 

Duties including:

• Respond to potential tenant enquiries via emails & phone calls
• Conduct open for inspections & private inspections
• Prepare lease documents & lease sign ups
• Manage repairs
• Conduct reference checks for potential tenants
• Conduct routine inspections, entry and exit reports
• Manage a small portfolio (120 properties)

Skills and experience 

• Current Vic Driver License 
• Current Agents Rep
• Conflict Resolution
• Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• To work within a strong team based environment
• Experience in PropertyMe is highly desirable
