The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in property management, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a property portfolio of 100 properties
- Oversee all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, rent collection, and budgeting
- Maintain regular communication with tenants, landlords, and vendors to ensure a smooth operation of properties
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with lease agreements and identify any necessary repairs
- Address tenant complaints and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum1 year of property management experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to property management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation:
- Salary of up to $70,000-$75,000 per year plus Super (depending on experience)
