About the Role

Your role will be overseeing a team of 6 – 8 ensuring high quality is maintained in carrying out their roles. This will be predominantly a people management role which will involve duties including but not limited to:

• Motivating and leading the team in completing project goals
• Ensuring quality control of all trades work
• Holding regular employee reviews and appraisals
• Coaching and training team members
• Identifying team goals and evaluating progress
• Overall Site Safety and OHS&E
• Conflict management
• Organising team initiatives

About you

• Experience in a similar position in Landscaping and Building
• Effective time management and quality control
• High attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
• Strong inter-personal and leadership skills, presenting professionalism and respect
• Full legal working rights in Australia.
• Valid Australian Driver’s License.
