Tasks include but are not limited to:

– Devising effective strategies for marketing rental properties
– Nurturing client relationships (inclusive of prospective and existing tenants as well as property owners)
– Handling telephone and email inquiries 
– Coordinating rental inspection schedules that best fit particular properties
– Conduct rental inspections throughout weekdays and weekends
– Facilitating effective communication between landlords and tenants
– Processing rental applications

Desired Candidate Profile:

– Possession of a Certificate of Registration
– Valid Driver’s License
– Proficiency in multitasking and time management
– Display of professionalism in demeanor and impeccable personal presentation
– Superlative communication proficiencies
– Exceptional teamwork
