The ideal candidate will have exposure to a sales capacity role, upholds customer service skills, articulate with great personable skills, and not afraid to go hunting for new clients!

About the role

As a Leasing Consultant, you will help landlords and property managers find qualified tenants to lease their properties to as well as assisting the property manager and business developer with viewing tours, lease terms, and prices negotiations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking and conducting open for inspections
• Following up of potential tenants
• Giving feedback to landlords & property managers
• Working with state of the art technology, software and systems to ensure clients and staff have transparent feedback and communication
• Co-ordinating closely with the Business Development Manager and the Property Managers to find and approve quality tenants in an effective manner.
• Exceptional communication skills a must

Qualifications & Skills

• Driver’s license
• Great customer service & sales skills
• Familiar with the area but not essential.
• Some experience/knowledge in the industry is preferable but not essential

Compensation:

• Up to $65,000 package + comms
