New Business & Leasing Partner | $70K Package + Comms | Northern TAS

The ideal candidate will have exposure to the real estate industry, area knowledge, articulate with great personable skills, and not afraid to go hunting for new business!

As a New Business & Leasing Partner, you will be responsible for attracting, nurturing, and building new clients and tenant databases whilst providing critical reports to the department accordingly. You will liaise between relevant stakeholders in your team to achieve the successful leasing of all existing and new properties. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential new clients through company database and relevant platforms
• Provide direct and indirect reports to your Team Leader
• Perform and provide rental property appraisals
• Prepare and load rental listings.
• Work alongside company sales agents
• Prepare and conduct open homes
• Call backs to tenants and process tenant applications
• Attend and coordinate photo shoots
• Maintain social tiles and positive company messaging on company social media platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Exposure in Sales and BDM in the relevant industry is essential
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations related to the real estate and property industry
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and sales focus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

• $70,000 package inc super and car allowance + Leasing and New Business commissions OTE $100K
