Collar Group’s Medical team currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to be accountable for the delivery of exceptional healthcare within the Endoscopy Unit. A 578 bed hospital, our client has many of Perth’s physicians and surgeons practicing in their establishment.
This role will suit an individual looking for a Permanent Part Time role working on 72hrs a fortnight.
We seeking professional Nurses with a drive and commitment to high standards of care for patients who are friendly and have an enduring personality.
Post graduate qualifications in Nursing or relevant discipline, or progression towards is highly regarded.

- Nurse Unit Manager Endoscopy experience
- Current nursing registration with AHPRA (Nurse/Midwife)
- Demonstrated extensive clinical nursing/midwifery experience
- Proven ability to lead a clinical safety and quality culture that places the patient at the centre, optimises outcomes and delivers an excellent patient experience.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture, motivate and develop the team to build productive relationships.
- Current National Police Check (1 year)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Covid vaccination + Booster
- Current Flu vaccination
- Australian Working Rights

- Salary (*pro rata for Part Time) : $118K to 141K, plus 10.5% superannuation
