Position Overview: As the Team Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be a key leader in The clinic, overseeing the occupational therapy department and ensuring the delivery of top-notch care to clients. Offering a competitive salary of $120,000, along with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of skilled occupational therapists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their clinical expertise.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to create and execute personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of patient care and safety.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among the therapy team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in occupational therapy and contribute to the clinic’s continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient-centered care.
