Collar Group’s Allied health team currently requires Occupational therapists for one of the largest Aged Care organisations in WA. Our client currently supports six residential sites in the Perth metro region.

You will have a passion for working in partnership with older people and for developing and delivering person centred therapeutic programs.  You will maintain an active case load, support lifestyle and activity program planning and work  with our care teams to support our residents to achieve their goals.

Location and regular hours including start and finish times are negotiable.

  • Delivering high quality OT services to our residents
  • Leading assistant staff to deliver lifestyle and therapy programs
  • Communicating effectively with the care team to enhance the wellbeing of residents.
  • Contributing to quality improvements in allied health and the residential service
  • Complying with Allied Health, clinical and Workplace Health and Safety policies, procedures and safe work practices

Great! What do I need to get started?

  • Driver’s licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current registration with AHPRA/SPA.
  • Relevant Degree in Occupational Therapy/Speech Pathology.
  • Current National Police Check (1 year) 
  • Covid vaccination + Booster (or valid exemption).
  • Current Flu vaccination.
  • Australian Working Rights.
  • First Aid (optional).
